Update: problem fixed. Kids have loads of fun wth this app. Its kinda big, and the research is iffy at best, but no worse than most things targeted at this age group. Withdrawn: Unable to download since new update. As of 2016/08/30, this app cant be used. Used to be a fun app for the kids. Once it is usable again, will update to the 4 stars it otherwise deserves.

Watch out. They want monety for everything. Low quantity of animation and also small amount of interesting info. Ive Lost my money:/

Because I cant to downolad update!

The first thing you do is always the same you go to play on the app and you have a good time. I love this game because you get to go experience what it was like for people when they lived back in 1783 and 1275. You get to learn about people and countries and states.So if you get this game you will be amazed by what you see.

Had to alter my review because my five year-old has now checked weekly for over a year for the dinosaur and ufo update. I understand schedules change, but this is for kids. if you cant deliver in a timely manner, delete the teaser banners. Its mean and you should be embarassed to have them up for this long. Deliver or give up.

This is my daughters favorite app. Id love to add other packs, but its already way too big just with the starter pack. Please compress, bring down the file size or Ill have to delete :(

Great app, beautiful graphics, but Ive been waiting for years, yes, YEARS, for the dinosaur, etc. packs that the app claims are "coming soon". major disappointment. Would rate 5 stars otherwise

Had an update for the app, unable to update. Deleted app, tried to redownload, unable to do so. Great app, giving 1-star until the issue is fixed. 5-star worthy app, when working as intended.

Today I tried several times to update this app & get the free packs that you are offering until Sept 5. I couldnt do it bc each time I got a pop-up message saying "Barefoot World Atlas" could not be downloaded at this time.

Please fix download so it works.

I havent been able to update either. I was looking forward to the new free package for my homeschooled grandkids.

Every time I try to update the app, the update either goes very slowly or it just doesnt work. Either way, it never fully updates. It just wont download. But from what Ive seen from the other reviews, maybe I dont want the update. Dont misunderstand! I love the app! But time to go back to the drawing board before moving on.

Run the promotion again! I missed the free purchases and the purchase is pending a lot! Overall, it is good, but fix this!

I purchased this app for my 5-year old daughter. It was based on the sales pitch it has in the summary. 4 million downloads and and top 10 App Store pick! Now my impression after spending 20 minutes with this is - really? I want to jump straight to whats wrong here but first let me point out whats working. The globe is the best idea of this app. Very smooth transition for what could have been complicated multi-level menus. This is ideal for exploration. Sadly, the good part ends right there. The music is so boring and so is the announcers voice. Switching between packs should not be required, but it would be ok if the navigation between the packs was half as intuitive as moving around the globe. However, it appears that the app was not built with expansion packs in mind, perhaps implemented as an afterthought. The app freezes while switching packs without any feedback on whether the selection was successful. I would not recommend this app for children until its more engaging. It has the potential to be a very useful tool for young children, but its not there yet.

Lindo demais! The creators must keep filling it up with accurate information and add multiple pictures to the monuments! But the idea and the graphics... Are amazing!! For travel lovers, is a must!

One of the BEST apps in my opinion. I hope the updates come with more curiosities. But the current version is already fantastic.

This app is huge - 1.3 GB and recently it was updated very often and the update takes ages! Why cant developer separate the app and the data?
